Prashant commenced his professional journey as an art director, notably contributing to the renowned ‘Hamara Bajaj’ campaign and subsequently spearheading numerous noteworthy campaigns within the industry.
With an extensive career spanning approximately three decades, He has collaborated with nearly every leading agency in India, earning recognition with over 250 accolades from prestigious award ceremonies such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, the New York Festival, Asia-Pac Awards, as well as local honors including Adclub Mumbai and Cag.
His ardor for photography is evident, as he passionately endeavors to encapsulate life’s fleeting moments on film. His foray into photography commenced with the Airtel – Express Yourself campaign, lauded for its authentic portrayal of everyday life. Notably, his work for the Mumbai Mirror – Hated By Some campaign earned him the Photographer of the Year award at Goafest and received acclaim at the Cannes Advertising Awards. Moreover, his contributions to the Indian Outdoor Advertising Association garnered him the Photographer of the Year award at Goafest, along with gold and silver distinctions at the Asia-Pac Awards, and a silver award at the Clio Awards in New York.
Presently, in addition to his role as one of the founder-NCDs at the creative boutique ideas@work, he actively engages in photography projects for esteemed brands and imparts guest lectures at various art and photography institutions throughout India.
