Tavepong Pratoomwong, born in Chanthaburi, Thailand in 1981, has harbored a deep interest in photography ever since his days at Rangsit University. Over time, his passion evolved into a fervent pursuit of camera equipment.
His enthusiasm for photography waned until the end of 2013, when his wife surprised him with a marriage anniversary gift—a ticket to Varanasi, India. This trip marked a significant turning point, reigniting his love for capturing images.
Upon returning to Thailand, he became involved in Street Photo Thailand’s “365 days in 2014” initiative, spearheaded by Noppadol Weerakitti.
This engagement prompted him to venture outdoors and snap photos every day thereafter.
